Cook The Cities You Miss
Covid has uprooted many things in our lives, including travel, eating in spaces, and perhaps most isolating, the loss of human togetherness. Food has always been a mechanism for connection between culture and individual comfort. This project aims to bring this togetherness back into our lives, through our own kitchens.
The project functions as a monthly subscription service; Each month connecting subscribers with the recipes of 4 chefs from a particular city with a focus on one shared ingredient, along with music and incense to create a city in your own home. Coined the sensory supper club— the project sets the table for you to cook the cities you miss.
